1. Services Provided
   L&M Gunter offers professional fencing services to residential and commercial clients in Hall County, White County, Lumpkin County, Banks County, Gainesville, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and are scheduled based on location, project type, and scope of work.

2. Quotes & Estimates
   All estimates provided are free and based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, or customer-requested changes.
   Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Appointments & Scheduling
   Appointments for consultations and service must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time, but circumstances such as weather or traffic may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Payments
   Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project proposal. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or other agreed-upon methods.
   A deposit may be required for custom materials or large-scale projects.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply if materials have already been ordered or labor has been scheduled.

6. Warranties
   We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on select services and materials. Warranty coverage and duration will be outlined in your project agreement. Improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may void any warranty.

7. Liability
   L&M Gunter is licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies, or damage caused by factors beyond our control (such as storms, pests, or soil movement).

8. Customer Responsibilities
   The customer agrees to provide access to the job site, clear the work area of personal items or obstructions, and notify us of any special site considerations.
   The customer is responsible for complying with local codes and HOA rules unless otherwise arranged.

9. Use of Website & Content
   All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of L&M Gunter and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.
   We reserve the right to update or modify content, services, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
